If you want to pay for 2 persons, all inclusive for 4 nights, then the total cost is $3200 (exception: registration required if accompanying person is also attending the conference) .
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: As per the hotel agreement for group reservation, the hotel will not provide any refund after May 31, 2025 for any hotel rooms booked for this event. Also for any cancellation from June 1, 2025, please expect only a 20 % refund of the registration.
